1984 Capri 25 - "Chutzpah"
Hull No. 400 - standard rig, fin keel.  Well-maintained.
Dacron sails - main (fair), 110 genoa (good), 150 genoa (fair), nylon spinnaker (good).
9.5 Mercury outboard on retractable mount (good condition, low hours).
Knot meter and Depth meter.  Whisker pole. Marine deep cycle battery 12V.  Basic PFD's.

Specs:  LOA/28' LWL/22'11" Beam/10'3" Draft/4'8" Displacement/7300 lbs. Ballast/2550 lbs.
Engine:  Yamaha Outboard 9.9 HP
Tankage:  Fuel/two 5 gallon plastic (removable), Water/25 gallons PVC and Holding tank.
Accomodations:
  • Forward enclosed V-berth stateroom followed by enclosed head with shower to port. Next aft is main salon which has straight line settees both to port and starboard. Port side bulkhead mounted table. Aft port galley, aft starboard nav station with aft quarter berth to starboard.
  • Stateroom and Salon cushions in very good shape

Galley and Head:

 

  • Hot and cold pressure water system – hot water tank should be replaced or removed from system.
  • Stainless steel sink.
  • Space for a two burner stove (we used a white gas camping stove).
  • Ice box.

There is some work that needs to be finished. 

  • I removed all of the thru-hulls as the plywood backing plates were rotted and the thru-hulls were corroded.  I have new solid bronze seacocks to install along with a sheet of FRP (Also known as thermoset polyester, FRP is a fiberglass-reinforced polyester) to serve as a new backing plate. 
A different motor mount (that I also own) should be installed for a deeper reach.

1961, 29 feet, Pearson Triton No. 431. (Only 800 boats were build of this kind. Was the very first time that fiber-glass was used for boats. Result: 1.5 thick walls frame! Another, same type boat, did the circumference of the globe twice).

No leakage or any known problems with the frame of the boat.
It has the original 4 stroke engine (Universal "Atomic 4", in board, gas) in good condition. All electrical wiring is working.
In 2005 new cabin seats were installed.
There is toilet plumping in good condition for sea sailing.
It has the main sail, a jib and a spinnaker sails in very good condition. (No holes)
In 2007 were installed mast steps half way to the 32 feet mast.
It comes with depth meter (digital, not installed)
The boat was painted in the  summer of 2004.
